This is such a good sunscreen! I finally found a sunscreen that is safe for my sensitive skin! It doesn’t pill under my makeup, doesn’t leave a white cast on my fair skin, non greasy, nice finish, and is so lightweight! I didn’t know I had it on! Will be repurchasing!!!!
Really love the texture and (initial) finish of this and the tint blended seamlessly, BUT, on my skin, this formula pills like crazy as soon as it dries down. I’ve tried with several different skincare layer combinations under it (including no other products) and no matter what, it starts to roll and pill within 5 minutes of application.
Too much product comes out of the container whenever it is used. This seems to be a common problem with Tower 28 Beauty products.
This works really well with my sensitive skin. The texture is thick at first and blends well. I like it but prefer a more fluid sunscreen. I really love all of tower 28s products.
Received this in the Sun Safety Kit 2026 and I really liked it. I think there’s been some negative chatter about Tower 28 sunscreens in the past. My skin tone is light so the tint is manageable for me without a glaring white cast. I wore this on a summer trip through Paris and the UK with no burning or burning of the eyes. It performed well under makeup. I am picky about my facial sunscreens and I would buy this again.
I’m so mad - it’s ALMOST perfect, but I just can’t get past how oily it looks. No white cast. No breakouts. No pilling (even with makeup on). No burning eyes. Great for dry skin. Feels nice on. But even as someone who likes a slightly dewy, glowy look, this is just a bit too much. If I want to use enough to get actual sun protection, it makes me look like I’ve been having fever sweats all day long. It helps using a setting powder or other matte products over top of it, but it’s really hard for me to wear on no/low makeup days.
The texture and tint are great. Doesn’t break out my (very) sensitive skin. However, if you have oily skin, you should try something else before this. I look WET after putting this on and after going out in the heat, it looks like I dunked my face in water. I hope SO bad they make a matte version of this sunscreen! Will still be using this sunscreen because (like I said) it’s the only sunscreen that doesn’t break me out.
I’ve tried virtually every cruelty free dry-skin-friendly mineral sunscreen and this is the only one that looks and feels like SKINNN. Like a slightly more beautiful version of your own skin with a gentle, healthy glow. It’s also the only one where I can lather on the recommended amount + reapply throughout the day without any issue - no unsightly buildup, no clinging to pores or dry patches, no greasy mess. Idk how they did it but I’m just grateful they did - please never change the formula!!
I’ve definitely noticed that this has helped my acne clear and I haven’t got any sunburns- only issue is that it pills but if your not wearing makeup it shouldn’t be a problem!
This sunscreen is so good. The texture is so creamy and melts right in the skin. It has no white cast, doesn’t break me out, it doesn’t pill, and isn’t greasy at all. It leaves the most beautiful natural glow under my makeup. Also, this is at such a great price for a high quality product! Highly recommend!
