I have shoulder-length, thick hair. This shampoo does not leave my scalp feeling clean, and the conditioner does not moisturize my hair either. It leaves my hair dry, bristly, and my scalp feeling dry as well. If you have long, thick, healthy hair, this is not the product for you.
I have thick, coarse, somewhat unruly hair and this is the best shampoo and conditioner pairing I’ve found for it. The conditioner isn’t too heavy, and doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy, but still has enough oomph to deal with my texture.
I love this combo! I use it after I pre cleanse with the detox shampoo and my hair always feels amazing. I have thick wavy hair and this combo also makes my hair extremely manageable and healthy. I will always recommend this

honestly this is the best duo I've used on my hair I've been going through it not gonna lie lol aka lazy days yk LITERALLY thissss detangles my hair and I'm someone with easily matted coase curls that were previously a flop before this duo because huh? wait girl this brought back my CURL PAtternNNn brooooo so poggers recommend from a person that has relaxed their hair 6 or possibly 7 different times + bleached parts lol haha that joke died along with my hopes becoming a lawyer lol bar is hard lol oh and btw it smells amazing!!! thx for coming to my ted talk of yapping about hair products but yeah my one complaint is I didn't buy more T-T btw mb bad punctuation W product lol stay in school and no pictures yuh :3

I decided to look past other negative reviews and give this a try. I have curly hair that’s quite frizzy. This product mentioned moisturizing and hydrating the hair so I wanted to give it a try and I’ve never tried ouai before so I thought this was a good idea. The shampoo when wet and lathering it in my hair, you smell a chemical smell. I associate it with the smell of sunscreen. So I felt as if I was putting sunscreen in my hair to wash it. The conditioner smells a little better and feels very creamy and luxurious in my hands but it did not nourish or hydrate my hair. After showering and allowing my hair to air dry my hair smelled powdery. If you are looking for a product where the scent lasts for days, then this is a good buy. Wet hair or dry hair, the scent lasts for days, even when sweaty or wearing a hat all day. The terrible part about the lingering scent is that my hair smelled like powdery chemicals until I washed it again. I did not wash it right away because I wanted to see how this product reacted in my hair. But I should have re-washed my hair after using the shampoo the first time. It really does not smell good and my hair was not any more moisturized or hydrated than before. All in all, I returned this product.
