Cicapair™ Gentle Foam Cleanser for Sensitive Skin

Loved the old formula that they had where it was foaming cleanser. But the new one is a weird pump foam one built in plus the formula is more harsh on skin. I loved how the old one worked since I have very sensitive skin but this oke feels to harsh on my slin and leaves it not the same

I received the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Gentle Cleansing Foam to test, and I've been really impressed with how well it works while still being kind to my skin. The texture foams up into a soft, cloud-like lather that feels luxurious and soothing. It removes makeup and impurities thoroughly without leaving my skin feeling tight or stripped. I especially appreciate that it's free from sulfates, alcohol, synthetic fragrance, and other common irritants, making it perfect for sensitive skin. My face feels clean, refreshed, and comfortable after every use, and it's gentle enough for daily cleansing. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] After running out of my go-to gentle foam cleanser, I was given the opportunity to review Cicapair by Dr.Jart+. This gentle cleansing foam was exactly what my dry sensitive skin was neededing as we transition into the cold winter months. Especially designed for sensitive skin with Centella Asiatica. Helps calm inflammation, soothe and boost the appearance of skin, and reinforce the skin barrier. Cleanse without stripping skin. Effectively removes face makeup w/o irritation. Dermatologist tested. Free of drying acohol & fragrance. Gentle enough for daily use. The non-abrasive formula comes out as a fluffy foam to reduce the need to lather and scrub. It feels cloud soft! It's $30 for 5.07 Fl Oz I give it a 4/5 Why did I knock off a star? The price. Though this cleanser delivered a great performance. My favorite cleanser has slightly more product, same hero ingredient and more, better quality and aesthetic packaging, AND IT'S $5 LESS. Keeping it real like always.

This cleanser is super gentle yet effective—my skin feels clean without that tight, stripped feeling. The foam is soft and soothing, especially if you have sensitive or redness-prone skin. It’s become a daily staple in my routine and leaves my face refreshed and balanced every time.

The ingredients might be beneficial for your face so you might want to use it once your make-up is taken off by using another product. This product does not remove even the lightest make-up I've worn.

"For Sensitive Skin". HAH. This formula can't hold a candle to the old one. The new scent and essential oils are SO strong and burn my skin during and after use. I had to return it. The texture of the foam is nice but also it didn't feel like it cleansed anything. It might work fine for some, but definitely no longer a sensitive skin product, despite the name.

"Suitable for sensitive skin." Is this a joke? Is this an elaborate prank? The old version was my holy grail as someone with extremely sensitive skin. It was perfect, it was beautifully formulated, so gentle I could leave it on for an hour as a mask sometimes and my skin would come out flawless. Why on EARTH would you think "oh, I know how we can make this better for sensitive skin" and then dump a metric ton of ESSENTIAL OILS in there?! With how much documented research there is about how fragrance and essential oils are inflammatory for MANY people with sensitive skin, I can't bring myself to understand how the company that created the best cleanser I've ever used decided to scrap it for unusable glorified perfume that burns me. I could smell the orange and lavender in this just by opening the flap of the box, not even the opening the actual product. Who with truly sensitive skin can tolerate that much fragrance?! Especially when fragrance sensitivities... are a huge portion of the sensitive skin market. I can't use this now without a reaction. So whose sensitive skin are you actually catering to? I was a customer for years and would've been for life. Now I have no choice but to go elsewhere.

I don’t feel like this cleans well for me I used it after removing my makeup and still felt like my face wasn’t clean.
