This product packaging is horrible. I rarely write bad reviews but don’t waste your money on this. Nothing comes out when you press the pump, I ended up having to break the top off & scoop it out with my fingers.
I’m impressed! I tried this in Sephora on my hand and I loved the consistency so I bought it. Today is the first day I’m using on my face and I love it. Try it you’ll love it too, it’s different it’s balm turned into oil.
I'm one of the many buyers who had to rip the bottle open to use it. The only thing coming out was a clear oil, no matter how long I shook it. After I pried off the pump, a chunky mix of blue goop plopped out. Once I was able too mix it all together, the actual product isn't very hydrating and doesn't remove makeup well. Not a fan. For almost $50, I expect a bottle that actuality works.
not stable on the shelf!!! purchased in store and it was completely separated upon first use. just oil coming out. shaking doesnt help either. a shame cuz it felt so good testing in store!!!
Love the cleanser, hate the bottle. It takes several uses to actually get the blue balm out; before you get to the balm you only get oil. The rounded bottom causes the bottle to fall over unless you place it down perfectly, and the pump is awful.
Would give zero if I could. Took 20 pumps to even get something to come out and it's pure liquid. I shook multiple times and nothing. There is no way this was ever a gel. Terrible product stability. It also smells awful. Forcing myself to use it so it's not a total waste of money. Any positive reviews are paid or they got a unicorn bottle that actually is the product promised.
A mess in a bottle. Every time I would dispense the product only oil came out. Maybe I got a bad batch.
The pump works...sometimes.. and the product inside separates into a oily mess. Worst of all, it doesn't seem to remove makeup and leaves a weird film on my face. Hands down the worst cleanser I have ever used.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I think i must have gotten a faulty product as mine was all liquidy and there was no gel aspect to it at all. It was a nice product design unfortunately i think mine was faulty
It’s liquid. Sometimes clear liquid, sometimes chunky blue liquid, but not a gel or balm. It’s extremely oily and its cleansing properties seem minimal. My face feels soft but that’s about it. I do not like this product at all.
