Mini Pastel Dream Freedom Palette

I’m in love with this palette! 🎨 I am not an ordinary person because I love colour! I am very adventurous with my makeup so this is right up my alley. Even on my older eyes I love the looks I get with it! Bring on more like this Danessa!

I have been getting so many compliments on my eye makeup after getting this pallet. The colors are really beautiful and it blends really well. I find that applying it with my finger works better than a brush, more coverage.

The pastels and glitter are actually really flattering on my mid-tan (neutral undertone) skin (Armani 8, MAC NW32, etc). Usually pastels have a white base, and look ashy on me, but these blend well and work with my undertone. I also love that the glitters can be a subtle blended-out duochrome for a one-and-done look, or layered on top of each other/built up for more “pop”. It’s been fun playing with this, and being able to wear Galaxy Crush/Pixie Quartz as a work-wear inner highlight. Moondust is nearly my exact skin tone, so it doesn’t do much for me, and I have other colors like it. Maybe it would be prettier on someone else, but I’ll accept it as a useful travel palette shade. Echoing what others have said about the lid though! I don’t know that I like that it’s magnetically sitting on top of the shadows, because I always worry I’m going to gouge them when I take the lid off. A removable clip or something to grab would make it more functional and less worrisome to open.

Love the colours. The formula is amazing. Not a big fan of the packaging but it makes sense for makeup artists. Packaged really well so it doesn’t break in transit. So much bubble wrap on every layer.

Blends like a dream and absolutely stunning for spring and summer. So thrilled DM brought it back into rotation.

First of all this was packaged so nicely for shipping. It was triple bubble wrapped and the palette itself. I am stunned by the pigment with the lightest swipe. I’m going to have so much fun coming up with looks. This brand is fantastic

The color story is fun and versatile and the packaging is stellar but the fallout is ridiculous. I’ve tried several techniques to keep the glitter shades in place like primer, setting spray, applying with fingertips and various brushes to no avail. It’s a hot mess and I’m planning on returning it.

Amazing addition to my Lightworks palettes. Blends beautifully with any of the lines powder or liquid shadows.

I absolutely love the packaging style of the holiday freedom palette and this limited edition mini palette perfectly interchanges with that. I love the ability to stack them together in the small form for travel. I have taken my palette to a couple events with no issues but it is a pretty soft press since these are primarily multichromes. I love the quality of the 3 matte shadows and they match beautifully with the 3 shimmer/multichrome shades. You can mix and match the layout as well. Incredible innovation in packing that I would love to see continued in future releases.

I had been contemplating this purchase for a few months and decided to make the purchase recently and I’m so glad I did. The shades are so pretty and are PIGMENTED. The colors are easy to blend as well. I have seen them work on various skin tones online and it works so well with my medium skin tone. The multi-chrome shades add so much dimension! Now I get why it is sold out most of the time. It’s on the pricier side for 6 shadows but the shadows are really good.
