I recently got this beautiful brush and I am loving it. It is really perfect for the under area, it feels so soft to the touch and smooth. It blends nicely when I use the brightening under eye powder in rich peach. 
I am always after new brushes and this is the best brush for the loose powders. I use a triangle puff but i think this will be the replacement. I love it
