This product exceeded my expectations! The Dahlia Noir color is sexy and sultry. The formula is rich and nourishing. It lasted me for so many hours even after coffee and eating or being out in the pouring rain. The peptides do not irritate me and a little bit of this product still goes a long way.
Meh, there are better tinted balms out there. This product runs into the lines around my mouth and makes the color look sloppy. The clear one is very nourishing
At the first time I saw this half filled tube, I was upset.But, the quantty is correct, it is enough and lasts forever. I love this balm.This is more like a lip balm, than a gloss, it is equal with Ole Henriksen and the Prada lip balm which I love the most.Perfect, I will repurchase.
THE lip balm. If you’ve looked for the perfect lip that won’t peel or make you feel dryer this is it! The sent is a light vanilla and the tip is ceramic that is cooling and feels luxurious. It’s perfect prep and you feel chic because all of violette products are playing off of classic art techniques and French style. It lasts months with daily use and reapply. Nourishing and shiny it’s the best of all worlds.
Smells like vanilla but very softly. Has a thicker texture than I expected, but it feels nice. Has a very cool ceramic tip that remains cool to the touch. The colour is subtle, but nice.
Love this lip balm, it was recommended by an employee. Packaging is cute, applicator is perfect, and love the consistency. Not thin and not too thick, very moisturizing and don’t have to reapply a lot
After one month of using this lip balm. I can say that I'm very impressed with it. It is so hydrating and rescues my dry lip from cracking. I love the royal blue tube and the cool to the touch ceramic application. It also has a lovely vanilla scent that is pleasing to the senses. This is a top contender throughout my lip balm collection.
After a week of consistent use I developed a puffy, itchy rash around my lip line. I don't have any known allergies so this is the first time I've had a probelm with skincare. Before this became an issue though I thought it was a perfectly fine lip balm. It's more moisturizing than the Summer Fridays and Olehenrikson balms (neither pass the top layer of dryness on my lips) but not as effective as the Eadem balm. The Eadem balm can be thick so I got the Violetter Fr for the days when I wanted a lighter alternative.
I can no longer live w/o Balm Amour ! She is that good ! I’ve been waiting for her 40 years … Violette you have captured my ageing lips heart .. and revived them ! Now please make it in a light pink. Bisou
This is a good clear gloss that heavily moisturizes your lips. Great for extremely dry lips but not necessarily sensitive skin as it has almost a cookie scent to it. Nothing inventive however, and very pricey
