The masks don’t come out in even proportion no matter how hard you try. They’re just different consistencies. It works alright as a gentle exfoliant. It performs like a drug store brand that would cost a bit less.
I’m a huge fan of this brand’s clay mask so I thought this would be similar but in a tube. It’s not. It’s got a far more silky liquidy texture and just doesn’t sit on my face well. I make sure to shake really well and squeeze from the marking as directed but still get really uneven distribution of the 2 products inside. In other words, there’s really no swirl. The texture is slightly gritty (like a scrub) and it doesn’t sit well on my face. There’s too much slip so it doesn’t harden at all—it just looks like lotion I haven’t rubbed in. Love this line, but this is a miss for me.
Two uses and only the hyaluronic acid mask is coming out of the tube lol. I followed the recommended usage instructions, ie tapping the closed tube against your palm and squeezing at the indicated spot and still, only half of the mask dispensed. Kind of defeats the purpose. I do love the regular volcanic mask from Innisfree, though. I’d recommend that one any day. I was really hopeful for this one.

Amazing product cleans out my pores completely and tightened them up!
The mask itself is fine, feels refreshing, however the dual-masks hardly works. Clay who? Only the blue stuff comes out.
I'm hoping they take this formula and redo this product. I wanted to like it, I didn't react any certain way, I just got blue the entire time. I would get little speckles of the clay but yeah. Returned it. If its working for people, cool so I can't recommend or not recommend it though.
Great face mask! I was looking for an Exfoliator that cleared my skin up without stripping it and also leaving a glow and this product is literally all that. My only complaint is that the clay part is hard to get out while the blue part comes out much easier so I end up having more of the glow factor than exfoliation. But overall this product really does the job and leaves my skin looking and feeling clean and clear and glowing!!
Not recommended for sensitive skin, it broke me out. I tried it twice and both times I got a reaction. The only pro I did like about it was how lightweight the mask was when applying. After washing it left me with more acne, redness and lots of irritation. My skin is dry with an oily t-zone where my pores are.
Excellent mask for clarity and hydration. Worked well with my mature sensitive skin. Love this mask!
