Somehow this product made my skin feel dull and chapped while clogging my pores at the same time. It's ridiculous to charge $20 for 1oz of a product, especially when you have to keep reapplying it to make your skin feel somewhat moisturized. Broke me out immediately as well. Do not recommend!
THANK YOU RHODE!! The entire skincare routine is not only game changers but LIFE CHANGERS!!! I had such troubled skin I was apprehensive of trying this worried it would make things worse. I am 4 weeks in and my skin is TRANSFORMED! The tone, color, softness is great and my terrible breakouts are gone!!! I finally can feel confident without makeup. If a little pimple comes up it is noticeably less irritated/large (I used to get these cluster breakdowns where it was like 5 all in one so bad that is now gone) my pores are shrinking, it’s incredible! Cannot more strongly recommend! I genuinely look forward to doing skincare every morning and night when I dreaded it before. Best products ever!!! Getting super high quality at a very reasonable price. So grateful. Just as a disclaimer for my acne prone ppl it did take about 3-4 weeks to help with the breakouts/my skin getting used to it but I stayed consistent and it paid off so don’t get discouraged if you see a couple of breakouts when you first start out.
i love Rhode so much but sadly after using this for a few weeks it made me breakout i’ve never have had acne in my life and after using this it caused me to breakout.Hopefully i can find another moisturizer by Rhode.

Really good everyday moisturizer. I have oily skin and had been using this virtually every morning and it lasted me six months. Love how hydrating it feels and how smooth my skin feels after using. Sensitive skin friendly- didn’t cause any irritation or breakouts. Formula is lightweight and nourishing and non-greasy. Penetrates the skin but does sit slightly tacky on the face until it sinks in. Would recommend using a more moisturizing night cream in the winter if you have dry skin.
Perfect moisturizer with niacinimide, shea butter, and squalene for my skin care needs. It also has peptides and is reasonably priced.
Horrible! Formula is way to light & I don’t feel it moisturizes deeply. Also pills throughout the day. Definitely not worth the price. Super disappointed
There are a few supportive components here — niacinamide, shea butter, lecithin — but these are secondary actors. They can assist barrier maintenance, but they cannot execute barrier repair. The core lipid triad required for actual barrier restoration — ceramides, cholesterol, and free fatty acids — is entirely absent. Not even ceramides, yet the product is marketed as a “Barrier Repair Cream.” It’s a fundamental failure to include the ingredients required for the function being advertised, and that’s not a minor oversight — it’s the textbook definition of a formulation built for a claim it cannot physiologically deliver.
