This new formula makes my skin really irritated. Used the original retinol reform for a few years then this change occurred. It seems to make dark spots worse and causes congestion to my sensitive skin for weeks after use.

My first retinol product — and I don’t know why I stayed away so long! This formula is gentle yet incredibly effective. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter, and the few fine lines appear softer after just a few weeks. I love that it doesn’t cause dryness or irritation, even on sensitive skin. A must-have if you’ve been hesitant to try retinol!
I used to use prescription grade retinol for hyperpigmentation but it dries my skin out too much. This is less harsh but still maintains achieves results (reducing appearance of fine lines, fading dark spots), albeit a bit slower which is expected compared to prescription grade. At $75 it is comparable with high-grade retinol.
i really loved the ingredients for this product, which is why I decided to try it. I’m sensitive to retinol/al so I started 2 nights a week and built up from there … it’s great so far. Truly effective, non-irritating.
This retinol is so powerful! I feel like it’s done wonders for my skin. It’s now soft to the touch and even toned. It’s absolutely radiant and my close family have commented that my skin looks so much better and asked what changed in my routine. I will continue to use it religiously because of it.
I’m on the third bottle now, I’m in my early 30s. My skin is clear, even and glowy. Fine lines seem to be smoother. This does not cause me any irritation or dryness. I recommend this to any beginners!
Have used the .5% version of this product for almost 10 years - love it that much. I am on my first bottle of the new 1% formula. It is amazing. Less expensive, more effective. Takes time but if used regularly in your routine you will see results.
