This is an amazing smelling bodywash! It left my skin soft and feeling hydrated. It didnt leave any sticky residue behind. I will be purchasing this again. It smelled warm and spicy!

Smells so good and I love the amber smell it pairs very well with the lotion and body cream

pros: - smells AMAZING. the description is accurate, its warm, solar and a little spicy but somehow also dark. would def buy as a perfume - very very moisturizing cons: - zero lather whatsoever. literally none to be had - does not make me feel clean at all on its own. must be mixed with another body wash to function i’ve been mixing it 50/50 with a cheaper body wash and its great that way. don’t expect it to stand alone. i really don’t mind since i get more bang for my buck this way 🤷🏼

personally loved how hydrating it is i do wish it did foam a little more but overall it’s a great product and still left my body very moisturized and clean!

PATTERN by Tracee Ellis Ross Moisturizing Body Wash Oil Rich Cleanser in Midnite Amber. 3-stars. Smells good and moisturizing. However, scent is only there while being applied. But once washed off, scent doesn't last upon coming out of the shower. It is not worth the money and is way overpriced for a product you can no longer smell as soon as it is washed off.

Finally a body wash that doesn't leave me feeling tight and dry! The lather is rich but not overwhelming, and it rinses clean without that weird filmy residue. My skin actually feels soft and hydrated after—no rush to grab lotion. The scent is subtle and clean, not perfumy at all. Been using it for two weeks and my skin looks healthier already. Will repurchase for sure!

The body wash smells so good! If you only grab one thing from the Pattern Body line, let it be the soap. It’s an oil cleanser so it leaves your skin so soft!

This was unfortunately my least favorite product from the body collection. I prefer a body wash with a richer consistency and noticeable lather, and this formula felt very thin and watery to me. I found myself adding more product to my loofah several times to get the cleansing experience I prefer. The Midnight Amber fragrance also isn’t quite for me. I tend to prefer the scent profiles of PATTERN’s hair products. It may work well for someone who prefers a lightweight, low-lather wash, but I would love to see a creamier version.
