I used this once and within two hours I had four separate pimples on my face. It feels great on the skin when you put it on and I definitely noticed a glow, but breaking out that fast was a non negotiable for me I returned it after one use
I call my self trying to save money a find a dupe for the Paula’s Choice vitamin C Serum, and instantly regretted. Not only is this product ineffective, but it also has a horrible consistency. When applied to my face it’s a thick, sticky, soap-like texture. Would not recommend this product at all! thickthsticky
I usually buy the travel size bottle, just makes sense, especially when they have the 30% savings event. I recently started travelling with it. The first time thankfully I had it in a ziploc and when I got to my destination the entire bottle was spilled into the ziploc. The second time, which was recent, I put it in the box and ensured it was super tight and I placed it into my carry on and it spilled ALL over my clothes. I tightened the lid and left it on the counter overnight and came back to it in the morning and the lid was loose to the touch! Definitely a defective packaging. Not sure if the packaging is made overseas but they need to do more testing. Will update with more pictures to show. I used to buy the regular size one and I don’t remember having an issue but definitely an issue with the value size one!!
Very good, feels nice on skin and nourishing on the skin
I had been buying this for years and loved it, but the new formula is awful. I know it says “same formula, new look” but don’t be fooled!! It takes 3x as much product as the old formula and doesn’t hydrate or brighten at all. Dries my skin out horribly. Sad they changed this one :-(
The product caused allergic reactions on my cheeks. I’m generally not that sensitive but there must be an ingredient that causes severe allergic reaction.
I used this Vitamin C serum for about a year and really loved the brightening effects at first. However, the formula simply doesn’t fit with my skin type. Over time, it completely clogged my pores and caused milia. If you have skin that clogs easily, I would be very careful with new texture.I ended up having to switch to a more fluid alternative.
I was given this as a sample recently. I can’t comment on the old formula because I never tried it but I really like this serum. I just finished the sample and will be purchasing it. It gave my skin a really pretty glow. It’s easy to apply as well. All you do is place the little nozzle on each cheek. Give it just a small squeeze and a drop per cheek is really enough. I love it 🥰
I was highly disappointed by this product. It is not the same formula that was in the brown bottles. This formula is watery and has zero effect on the skin. I use to encourage people to support sephora's skin products because they were soooo good for the price point. Now I'm like don't bother and recommend other products.
Used the tester of this product and had an allergic reaction with it. I never had an allergic reaction to a vitamin C serum.
