I’m not sure what the issue is but I had no problem with the cap! Just pull it off. Aside from that, the product is a light oil mist. I love oils so this one is definitely on the lighter side and fruity. It’s great for a light spritz throughout the week
Like others have written, I found this product near impossible to open. However, once it was opened I applied to clean, towel dried hair ok; smells pleasant (thats what both stars are for ). It made my hair hair feel and look like a grease pit. WAY too heavy for my fine hair. I had to use dry shampoo just to bring any life back to my hair, sad. Would not recommend to anyone (especially people with oil skin OR people with thin or fine hair )
This is the best refresher product I have ever tried and only one I have ever liked. I am in love! I spray into my hands and apply to curls where needed. It adds shine, cond & no stickiness
At first I didn’t think this was doing much because it feels like nothing on the hair but once I stepped into the sun, I noticed the shine. It’s super true to the Melonberry line featherlight and perfect for fine or low-density textures. For me, it works best as a finishing oil mist for silk presses or to add a soft veil of shine over curls without weighing them down. It’s very subtle compared to other oils on the market, but I actually like that.
I was definitely intrigued by the bi-phase aspect of this product. Just as described, it disperses as a light, oil mist. The scent is light and fresh. I've used it to unravel twists & braids with no complaints. I will say that since my hair is on the thick side, I prefer more heavier oils. But, I think this would great for those with fine hair.
I love this Line, and was so excited to try this product. But I cannot get it open.  I don’t typically have trouble opening jars or anything like that, and I also had multiple members of my family try. It’s as if the cap is fused to the bottom part of the bottle. I was really excited to use this product but I couldn’t get the top off no matter how hard I tried. Why would a company produce such ridiculous packaging??? Sent it back and will not reorder. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one… drawing
