Shark™ FacialPro™ Glow Glow-Boosting At-Home Facial System

I really want to love this, especially considering how expensive it is, but I’m having major issues with the battery. I literally have to charge it every 5 minutes or so, and after only 5–6 minutes of use, the battery gets extremely hot. Once it heats up, the cold setting also doesn’t feel nearly as cold as it should. It just feels mildly cool, almost like the attachment was simply sitting in a cool room rather than actively cooling. For the price, I expected the battery to last much longer and the cooling feature to stay consistently cold throughout use. I’m not sure if I received a defective unit, but having to constantly recharge it and dealing with overheating after just a few minutes makes it really difficult to use.

I’ve been using this device periodically for a month now and I love it! It’s a two step: once with serum and once with essence, and I see blackhead removal in both steps. Clogged pores I didn’t even know were clogged. I cant afford monthly facials and the nearest esthetician is 2far - this is the best alternative.

I had the device stolen TWICE. I called Sephora they resent me a new one I open the Sephora box look inside the shark packaging AGAIN there is no machines no battery, no extractor nothing. I called Sephora and they said there’s nothing we can do we already replaced it once… how is it my fault your employees are stealing packages at your warehouse

Items missing: - Derm Detox - Hydro Infuse were not included. If I had not purchased a Refill, I wouldn’t have been able to use the machine. Very annoying.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. At first I didn’t believe I was given this amazing skincare item for free for my review! I honestly waited way too long to try it and I wish I did the very day it came in the mail. I got over my block and I’m freaking in LOVE. I’m a skincare junkie who loves trying all the products. I do have facials once or twice a year and this has made my skin so radiant. Just after one use! I did the weekly glow routine and then the instachill. Holy cannoli I cannot wait to try the instachill right after waking up! It’s super easy to maintain. Charges easily. It’s compact. It’s pretty and it’s functional. I am so lucky to have been given this to review! Also it’s quiet and doesn’t make weird noises. If you have the opportunity to get this do it!

After using this product once, I will never pay for another facial! It leaves your skin glowing and glass like! The De Puff attachment is my everyday treat and I cannot believe I have lived without it. My pores are using always clogged and even using strips wouldn’t help to remove excess oil and gunk

I received this product in return of my honest feedback. This is a great little machine for an at home hydro facial. My favorite feature is the hot and cooling and feel I will use that the most but the suction attachment is nice too. I was worried about purging as I have sensitive skin but that did not happen thankfully. I do wish the case snapped closed instead of just having a band around it and wish there was a compartment for the face products and additional attachments. It's easy to set up, use and clean which is a plus in my busy life. All in all a very good product. Although pricy, will pay for itself over time as it will limit the number of spa treatments/ visits.

I love how this adds instant hydration to my skin! The products work incredibly well. Unfortunately mine has stopped suctioning after only a few months of use. I hope I can get this replaced.
