SOS Rescue + Relief Body Wash Treatment

I have severe eczema, and this is one of the best body washes I have used for irritated, flare-prone skin. I sometimes take Dead Sea salt baths because I find them soothing when my skin feels off, but the SOS wash gives me a much easier way to get that kind of practical reset in the shower. It is especially nice during smaller flares, and it is vastly easier and less intimidating than preparing a properly diluted bleach bath. During a significantly bad flare it can sting, so I sometimes avoid it then. That is not unique to this product—when my eczema is severe enough, even plain water can sting. For my day-to-day eczema management and milder flares, however, it has been incredible. The texture is good and it lathers perfectly well. The natural scent is my one real negative: mine smelled oddly sickly to me. I am practical enough that I will happily keep using it because of how well it works. The packaging deserves its own praise. Instead of a separate cap or flip-top, you twist the top and it lifts just enough to reveal the dispensing hole, then twist it closed again, and the soft bottle is easy to squeeze. It may be one of my favorite body-wash packages I have used.

I really love this formula, and I wasn’t expecting to since I have mixed feelings about the face wash. I have very bad skin inflammation and this has been a great product to reduce itchiness and general inflammation. I wish they’d put a similar pump on top that is on the face wash because it is hard to dispense. I don’t love using washcloths and prefer to lather with my hands and this is a hard product to do that with. 4 stars for now but if the bottle shape changes in the future 5 stars.

I used this where I get a little red. Instead of soothing it like the rest of the SOS collection, it made me get little bumps everywhere. It even made the bumps spread to any part that the body wash touched.

Has really improved my rosacea and eczema. Lathers well and is hydrating.

This review comes from the happiest of places. If you have eczema, you MUST try this product. Complete turn around for my skin. Shocked more people aren’t talking about this. No itch, less bumps. Amazing.

After using this product over the past few weeks I can say this is a good product if you have active dermatitis. However, I don't recommend using it under elbows since I started to get some irritation with prolonged use so I will take a break from using it.

This product really helps my psoriasis I have on my legs. The redness, itchiness and flaking is GONE. Truly amazing skin wash!

I used this one time and my skin is calm and soothed and supple, it lathers perfectly on a loofa and it feels great on the skin, it doesn’t have any fragrance, so that’s a plus for those who are irritating by strong smells. I’d buy this from now on always from now

This body wash is gentle and calming but still leaves my skin actually feeling clean. There’s no scent and the lather is rather gently and milky, which I like.

Brief Background before my brutally honest review: I am a burn survivor who had Stevens-Johnson Syndrome/Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis which burned/blistered majority of the skin on my body. I also have struggled with Guttate Psoriasis since I was a little girl and currently I am undergoing Topical Steroid Withdrawal(TSW). My body and skin have been through a lot. Once I discovered Tower28, I was immediately compelled to give it a shot after being disappointed by literally everything on the market. Every day my skin, peels, oozes, stings, and flakes and It’s been SO incredibly difficult to manage, especially being someone that has stopped using any topical steroid ointments/medication. I can only tolerate psoriasis friendly & natural products. The SOS Body wash has been the only thing that has been helping me manage my flaking, redness and oozing, I’ve been using it for a month and a half and I’ve seen such a huge difference! It’s winter right now and the weather makes me so dry and itchy. Most soaps make my skin burn and it sucks because with this skin condition it’s so hard to feel “clean”. The formula in this soap is ph balanced and it really helped my skin calm down. I noticed that smaller patches on my body have started to fade away, and some bigger patches looks like it’s shrinking too. My bigger patches are typically raised, especially after scratching it, but after washing with the SOS soap, and following it with the SOS spray from time to time, it has reduced my itchiness and inflammation!! Another plus is that I LOVE how its non-scented, as much as I love a good scent, my skin barrier is extremely compromised and I feel like Tower 28 put a lot of thought into the ingredients and it’s effect on sensitive skin. The cap is just a twist cap where you can squeeze the product out from the top, which is different and unique. I’ve seen the improvement even if it’s small, and it’s brought me so much comfort in my skin journey, I really want to continue using this
