Chronologiste Overnight Youth Serum for Dry, Thin, Aging Hair

If you want your hair to smell strongly of men’s deodorant, this is the overnight hair serum for you. Beyond the scent, it’s just not as good as the Nutritive overnight serum. I’ve been using that for years and loved it so thought this would be a perfect change, since I’m getting older. However, it didn’t make my hair soft and shiny like Nutritive does - I didn’t notice any benefits. I’d get over the smell if the results were great, but they’re not. I’m passing this bottle on and going back to my beloved Nutritive. Kerastase, your hero serum is sooo good, what happened here???

Barely using this because the smell is awful. I don’t want to smell like a man. Remove the fragrance or change it to a normal light vanilla scent that is good for bedtime. Stuck smelling this man scent all night :(

i think this works way better than the kerastase 8 hr magic night serum!! only bad thing is the scent is too strong

I’m almost done the bottle and I have to say I’m not a fan. The smell doesn’t bother me but I feel like this has made my hair drier and I’m noticing my hair is more frizzy all of a sudden and this is the only new thing added to my routine. So I’ll be switching back to the Kerastase Nutritive 8hr magic serum

I thought this might make my hair greasy, but it doesnt. I wake up, my hair feels softer, stronger. And, less seems to come out during the morning.

I’m on day 2 of using this luxurious serum. It smells divine and it’s so silky. I woke up with much softer hair. Consistency is key. 🔑

Made me hair feel lovely both times I used it. The scent was unbearable. To be clear, it does not smell bad exactly, but is very reminiscent of 80s/90s men’s colognes.

After first two uses I’m in love with this product. Used two pumps in dry hair before bed. Washed with my current shampoo Oribe brand and then used 1 pump on damp hair and blow dried and flat ironed. My aging, thinning hair seemed so soft and filled with a shine. Fragrance is noticeable but I found d it pleasant and not overwhelming. This will become a regular purchase and I plan to try their shampoos and conditioners.

I legitimately am surprised by the negative reviews. I did not like the scene of the original magic serum in the red bottle and didn’t feel like that serum did much — I got a mini of this during the sale and wish I bought a full. I use it most nights and I’ll also use 1-2 pumps as part of my slick back routine. I am 33 almost 34. When I had my son, I lost a lot of hair, and a lot of my regrowth was gray, wiry, and unmanageable (granted it’s a very small % of my hair). Those hairs are SO much better now, and the rest of my hair is noticeably healthier. It’s increasingly feeling closer to how it felt in high school. Definitely buying full size! Also to me the scent of this one is much nicer.
