Powder Kiss Lip & Cheek Matte Liquid Mousse

I purchased this with my own money on the brand’s website. This colour is pretty. I adored all the versions of Powder Kiss before the reformulation. This new version has a very overpowering scent. It’s much drier than the OG. It kinda burns my lips. The formula is much more clumpy and it’s hard to get enough product out on a palette to to apply to the cheeks. It’s also hard to blend on the lips and yes it is longer lasting than the OG formula but it’s not comfortable at all !

I bought this product with my own money. I was worried the color would be too dark on me, but it’s not! I find the color to be quite lovely on my complexion. The texture is soft, and velvety without being drying

I have such trouble finding good blush shades but Habit is spot on. It’s a cool peach that is extremely harmonious and natural looking on my fair-light neutral-cool-blue undertoned skin. I use on my lips and cheeks for an easy look.

It has a nice powdery soft feeling texture and the color is very pretty. You’ll definitely need to reapply since it does come off a little easily but I don’t mind it.

The shade Over the Taupe is gorgeous and very flattering — it gives such a soft, blurred look on the lips. The texture is honestly my favorite part. It feels incredibly soft and airy, almost like a whipped mousse, and it glides on the lips so smoothly. It’s very comfortable to wear and doesn’t feel heavy or sticky at all. I also appreciate that the scent is very light and not overpowering. The only downside for me is the staying power. Because the texture is so soft and lightweight, it doesn’t last very long on my lips and I find myself needing to reapply throughout the day. But i still love it tho and its def worth trying! I received this product for free from MAC Cosmetics for testing and review purposes. There’s nothing better than the smell of a Mac product! Like the scent of marshmallows! The texture was wonderful! So soft like whipped cream! It blurred all the lines on my lips and made them look bigger! I will definitely be purchasing more shades! If you apply it lightly it gives a beautiful tint- and can be easily built up for a bold look!
