Clear with glitter
I find most of the reviews a little misleading. While it is a cool hard jelly consistency, it is more clear with glitter flecks than anything. If I want it to resemble the swatch in the product photo I really have to pack it on. Luckily I’m a glitter girl, so I will still use it as a highlighter or on my eyes. If you put it on your lips it instantly dries and there’s no moisture at all, but the glitter doesn’t move. Pro tip: put some lip balm over the glitter and you’re set. It’s fun to play with but I might not purchase any others during my next shopping trip.

This is just flecks of chunky glitter. No shimmer. It’s like a child’s glitter craft stick. I generally like Milk but this is so bad im questioning ever buying Milk products again. I wish I would have returned it.
