Chris Collins Sunset in Tamarindo did not disappoint at all! I was completely influenced by the internet to purchase this because it is so hard to find an in-store tester. Only a few Sephora locations even carry the testers, and every single one I encountered was completely empty. I took a gamble on a blind buy, and it was well appreciated!The Scent Profile: The fruit notes in this are beautifully executed. The combination of juicy mango and papaya mixed with that smooth, gorgeous vanilla is absolute magic. It is bright, intoxicating, and a wonderful scent combo.Performance: Unlike many other fruity summer fragrances, this one projects amazingly well. The longevity is incredible and makes the bottle worth every single penny.Final Verdict: I absolutely love it. If you love tropical, fruit-forward scents with a stunning vanilla dry down, this is a safe, high-performing blind buy.

Chris Collins African Rooibos Sunset in Tamarindo – Papaya y Mango is tropical done beautifully. The fruity notes give it a juicy, vibrant opening, but it never becomes overly sweet or smells like a fruity body spray. It has a smooth, sophisticated quality that makes it feel much more elevated. I love how the tropical fruitiness settles into something warm and sensual on my skin. It gives vacation, sunshine and beautiful glowing skin while still feeling grown and polished. If you enjoy tropical fragrances but want something that feels luxurious rather than overly sugary, this is definitely worth trying. Beautiful, unique and absolutely full-bottle worthy!
5/5, no notes. bright, juicy, tropical fruit in the opening. the fruit eventually mellows and the frangipani comes out, pretty strong... almost indolic, in the way white and yellow florals can be, but it doesnt go all the way there. the dry down is very creamy and the sandalwood adds an almost nutty edge to it. meanwhile, just enough of the fruitiness from the top notes lingers in the background. longevity is insane - its been maybe 20 hours and I can still smell it.
This is tropical paradise! Juicy mango with fresh papaya, the fragrance comes just in time for the summer. I brought it with me for a weekend getaway at a beach resort and it performed so well under the sun. This is truly sunshine in a bottle, with beast performance and projection. Delicious and photo realistic! What a wonderful gem!
Really like this one. Unlike the other recent fragrances that claim to be juicy mango, this does smell like juicy ripe mango to me. I’ve been wanting a fruity tropical scent for a while, and I am happy that I came across this one. It also lasts. The only weird thing was having no protective cellophane cover . Other CC fragrances came with a protective cover. So I wasn’t sure if the fragrance was brand new or tested already.
this is so fun and flirty and happy! really like this. this will be one of my fun vacation summer scent. im now interested in his other scents. this is a scent that promises and keeps it’s promise of notes. nice presentation with box and bottle.

My absolute favorite scent I get compliments non stop!
This perfume is amazing! It starts off on the initial spray with a super juicy and ripe papaya, mandarin orange, and mango. It then transforms and I mainly pickup the frangipani and osmanthus, but then it settles into this vanilla and musky dream with a creamy sandalwood in the background. I sprayed only 3 sprays and it last ALL DAY. I have gotten so many compliments and the scent lingers in the air. 10/10 fragrance from Chris Collin’s! If you have Orena Seventh Heaven oil, layer it with that too. Absolutely beautiful.
This fragrance is a sunset on the beach in a bottle! A juicy, sweet, tropical cocktail meets the amber sky of the sun setting on the pacific.
