I bought this product a week ago and it's already empty. I haven't even been able to enjoy the benefits of the product, the amount of product is not worth the price.
A friend of mine purchased for me as they know I’m working on my edges, didn’t see much of a difference but like the cooling effect is nice , there isn’t much product in this either.
I really wanted to love this, I can feel it work, I like the application but my main issue is that you get so little for the price. There are MUCH more affordable options and I went through this alarmingly quick.
2nd time buying it and i feel like the first time it lasted me at least a month 2nd time i bought it only lasted a week i like it just runs out fast
Don’t know if it works or not. Product ran out fast. Smells good and felt nice on the scalp but needs more product to tell if it works.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Prior to receiving this serum, I was using the Keratase Genisis serum. This Dr. Groot serum is great - it feels like nothing which is what I prefer. It doesn’t make my scalp greasy and I can’t feel the cooling effect of the menthol (which again is what I prefer). I’ve noticed less hair shedding since using scalp serums like this and the kerastase. It’s worth a try!
On the plus side: it works!! It doesn't leave my hair or hands oily or greasy. It doesn't have a smell that is offensive. And, although I have to use it routinely, which in the beginning started out as a bit of a negative, has now become a positive because it has become part of my hair care routine. Would I recommend it to you? Absolutely!! Why?? Because I will keep using it myself and recommend it to my own family. Go on and get you some. You will be glad you did!! I know I am!!
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I liked this serum a lot, I put it on mostly at night and then would wash off in the morning. It’s a very lightweight oil which is a relief when you’re tossing and turning with greasy hair at night. I am currently going through post partum hair loss so I was hoping this would be miraculous. It is not “miraculous” but I liked it enough to then buy another few items from Dr. Groot. My hair does seem a lot more moisturized and healthy since I started but I won’t say my hair grew a ton
I’ve been using the Dr. Groot scalp serum for about a month now. I use it daily but so far I haven’t noticed much of a difference. I didn’t expect to see any drastic changes in such a short amount of time. I like the formula a lot. It makes my scalp feel nice after using. I also like how it has a spa like scent. It’s nice and fresh. I’m able to use it on damp and dry hair without it looking heavy or greasy. I’ll update in another month on the progress.
