Smells amazing! Like a fruity cereal. Clear gel like consistency that is great for oily or dry hair. I have oily hair and this cleansed beautifully. Really adds body without making hair feel dried out or stringy. A little goes a long way!
I was really looking forward to using this product! unfortunately, I had to return it. My scalp got super flaky and my tresses just felt dry even with the conditioner. Maybe I used them too daily? I will say operator error lol. I have thick, straight hair. Unsure if I would recommend.
After using this product, I noticed that it was causing a lot of dandruff and flakiness on my scalp. I’m not sure if this is normal or not?
After using this product for a month I can highly suggest it for a healthy hair it really helps with the thickness and the scalp feels super clean after washing it with Dr Groot! Give it a try!
I’ve been using this shampoo consistently, and so far I’ve had a good experience. It lathers well, cleans my scalp without leaving my hair feeling stripped, and has a fresh scent that’s not overpowering. While I know hair growth takes time, I’ve noticed my hair feels fuller and there’s a little less shedding when I wash it. My hair also feels softer and looks healthier overall. I’m going to keep using it to see how the results improve over time, but it’s been a solid addition to my routine.
I am absolutely OBSESSED with this product! My hair is thicker, and looks healthy. I was using a different shampoo and it caused severe hair shedding. I switched to DR. Groot products and will never look back. Hair shedding has reduced

I tried out the Scalp Revitalizing Solution Thickening Shampoo from Dr. Groot, and I absolutely loved it. I was a bit skeptical at first because I’ve seen some things online about how some people experienced hair loss. I do know that this is something that may not be beneficial to be used with every wash as hair is fragile and can break from too much protein, so I have been cautious. With that being said, I have loved what this shampoo has done for my hair. I’ve noticed significant growth over the past two months, even with me traveling and not being able to use this for part of that time. I’ve struggled with my hair growing past my bust for quite some time, and after getting a haircut two months ago, I am seeing such visible growth at my ends and on my scalp as well. In addition to my hair not being able to grow past my bust, I was experiencing hair loss due to moving states and using hard water, diet change, and overall stress. On top of that, my hair is curly and tends to break easier. This has helped me feel so much more confident and happier with myself now that I know that my hair is growing back to the length that it used to be years ago. I will continue using this and get the entire system. I can’t recommend Dr. Groot and their haircare products enough! I received this item in exchange for my honest review and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. Now in my early 40s, this has really helped with my oily scalp and losing of hair. It makes my hair feel nice and fresh. I can now go up to two to 3 days without washing instead of it being oily after only one day. I have already purchased this at Costco and Shop Miss A, it has not replaced all other shampoos and conditioners that I own.
In love with this product! I received this product Dr Groot Hair Thickening Shampoo along with the coinciding Dr Groot miracle in shower treatment for free to try leave an honest review and I’m amazed by results! I have fine, dull hair that ends up in a pony most of the time due to its lifeless look when down. After using my hair looked and felt fuller and thicker when down, people were asking me what I did different to my hair, even my own son whom has the opposite type of hair, coarse and wavy said “wow mom my hair has never felt like this before” shocking coming from a 15 year old who doesn’t care about his hair! It takes his frizzy hair and softened his coarse hair! It’s like this product is good for anyone! Great smell, like how it’s suds up, could be used by guys or girls, scalp felt great! Love it!
