Slushy Serum

I have been using this product for 5 years… 5 years! It was sent to me to try in 2021 and I’ve purchased it with my own money ever since. Every time I don’t have it, I can see and feel a difference. It’s my go to! However, the first picture is from 5 years ago when I got my first bottle. 2nd is now. I’m not understanding why there was a size change at the same price. Less product but we have to pay the same amount? This product at 50ml could last me 4-6 months because I usually use it morning and night. I’ll have to change to once a day to extend it now. Really upset with this decision from iNNbeauty. Of course I’d still recommend this product but it’s just annoying as a regular consumer of this product, I feel like I’m being ripped off. I should’ve bought a few of the 50ml before this change. Disappointing.

Is the change ideal? Meh!! When I did the math, it's the same cost. For example, the smaller size per oz is the same as the original packaging. So if you do the math, you're good. Yes, I'd like to purchase larger sizes versus frequency. But I'm thinking maybe they're doing that for production and shelf life concerns, so I hope that's it.

iNN BEAUTY has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have purchased 3 of the SLUSHY serums and all three had defective pumps. I returned to Sephora and they only had two in stock. When the manager opened the two they had in stock and she attempted to pump the serum, they were also defective. The Sephora managers told me to contact iNNBeauty, and iNNBeauty told me I had to take it up with Sephora. iNNBeauty's customer service advisors were completely unwilling to exchange my three defective SLUSHY serums for functioning, non-defective containers. They told me to return to Sephora, which I have tried on 3 separate occasions to no avail. Even the managers have no idea how to resolve the defective pump issue and they have not had any stock available to replace them with. I have wasted $96 (bought 3 while on sale last December) and can't even access the serum. In addition, iNNBeauty has repackaged the SLUSHY serum into 35 mL containers and they only reduced the price $4 dollars. Previously, it was a 50 mL (1.7 oz) container and it was priced at $32 and now it's a 35 mL (1.18 oz) container and they've priced it at $28. It's unfortunate, because I have rarely found such a great product that contains Bakuchiol & Hyaluronic acid that did not irritate my skin and cause me to develop a rash! I had been using this product for the past year and love it, but having purchased a total of 3 defective containers, I am no longer willing to waste money on a product in a defective bottle that I cannot access. You cannot separate the top of the container from the bottom. Consequently, I have 3 bottles of SLUSHY serum that I cannot even get access to. Not to mention that the cost is nearly double now that they have repackaged the SLUSHY serum into much smaller containers!!! Sadly, after emailing iNNBeauty several times, and I was repeatedly told to take my problems up with Sephora. I will no longer support iNNBeauty company!! I will be looking for an alternative!!!!

Great product but so upsetting the volume is decreased for the same price. Will question whether I repurchase again.

Love love love this stuff!! I’m new to INNBEAUTY but after receiving a sample for my birthday (thanks Sephora!!) I am ALL IN on the INNBEAUTY. Visible results, soft baby skin, reduced pore appearance…this serum just does it

This was my holy grail for my extremely dry skin!! Unfortunately I will not be repurchasing this product due to the decrease in the product. If Innbeauty is going to down size at least lower the price by half! Not cool Innbeauty .....not cool!!!

This is an awesome 5 star product and used to be at a good price point too, but not so much now. For reference, the old price was 0.92 cents per ML (in a 50 ML size) and the new price is $1.14 per ML (in a 35 ML size).. that's a 24% price increase so its making people mad, and understandably so..

sooooo good, BUT… I am so upset with the size change and it continuing to be the same price. I just got a new one because I was finishing up my old one and when it came in the mail I literally thought i got a mini… but it is the new full size. I will still buy it because this product is so good though… ugh

love this product, but WHY DID YOU GUYS DECREASE THE SIZE SO SIGNIFICANTLY AND KEEP IT AS THE SAME PRICE!? sooo disappointing I will have to find another cheaper alternative :(

This product has been an automatic rebuy for YEARS and I have told so many people about it but booooooooooo shrinkflation. I also thought it had been discontinued so I’ve already found a replacement.
