The formula is amazing, cooling, exfoliating, and hydrating. I love it more than the non-cooling ones; however, the cap crumbles after 2 weeks. I will continue to buy these if they change the material of the cap.
Cap broke in my purse a week after purchasing and it spilled sticky gloss all over my bag
Love the actual product I have a couple of them from this one to their other flavors but I do have a problem because why does the lid always brake , it’s annoying.
Though I love the formula here, it has been less than 40 days of seldom use (though just over the 30-day return window) and, as others have experienced, the cap on mine has suddenly cracked. This is despite my only using it at home stored upright and not jostling among other products as this style product should stand up to. My other mini and full-size versions of this, with opaque caps, are fine and are older. This is a malfunction, and the brand should offer replacement caps. Even on sale, these are not worth a month’s use.
I have the original and I’m obsessed with it so I got the chiller. The cooling sensation feels so nice when its hot out and the flavor smells like a mix of guava and mango!!
i’ve tried so many different lip balms but this one became an instant favorite. the flavor is amazing and the cooling sensation is nice for the summer :)
I love the shade and consistency of the gloss but I have now bought 2 of these and both of the tops have broken immediately after first use. Very disappointing for such an expensive product.
I’m a big fan of the pout preserve lip treatments and this is no different! Pretty clear gloss with a refreshing tingle. Has an UNCANNY resemblance to the smell of bath&body works coconut lime verbena hand lotion… not a bad thing… just something to note!
This lip treatment is absolute magic. It feels intensely hydrating and leaves lips incredibly smooth.
The product was cooling and feels great and the scent is AMAZING.
