I loved the original formula but the new formula is awful! why did they change it?! the original formula was very gentle and not harsh at all. this new formula smells awful and dried out my skin and made my face super red. this has never happened with the original.red.
I got this as a sample, I didn't like old formula so didn't have much hope. This is totally different. You need just a tiny bit bc it foams up so well, you can tell it's a high end cleanser. I'm going to buy the standard size
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORIGINAL CLEAR GEL CLEANSER??? Why would they change it?? There was nothing wrong with the original and now we’re stuck with this mess!! Bring back the original so customers have a choice.

Ten times better compared to the rice wash. The rice wash burned my dry skin! This one is a lot calmer and smells good. I have more so dry skin that can get oily. This stuff is the truth, glad I switched.

During a tatcha event I got to try this on my hand and it felt so nice, and I also love that classic tatcha smell so this was an easy purchase. Also a little goes a long way so I'm glad I got this size, it'll last me a while.
