Midnight Espresso Eau de Parfum with Coffee

This is probably my favorite fragrance from killian but I had to return it because it does not lasts compared to the other EDP.

I usually love perfumes with coffee but I felt that this perfume was way too strong for my taste and overpowered the coffee fragnance. While I wouldn't wear it everyday, it is definitely great for special occasions. It is long lasting and dries on skin very quickly. This perfume is incredible. After spraying it on myself at Sephora, I loved it so much I returned for the travel size and since then have committed to the large bottle. If you like gourmand scents, you’ll really like the dry down of this. I say it that way because, on me: the scent when initially sprayed is really good but “interesting”. Idk how to describe it better than that, but I don’t personally wish to smell interesting lol. After about 5-10 mins, a mild spicy note develops which I don’t particularly enjoy. This lasts about 5-10 mins, after which the perfume becomes the absolute most delicious, sophisticated gourmand.

I am absolutely in love with the Kilian Midnight Espresso EDP! I love warm and sweet gourmand fragrances and this one is amazing. In the opening the scent of rum is strong and the coffee note is definitely noticeable too. Then the chocolate and hazelnut notes come through with the bourbon vanilla. It’s a long lasting fragrance with great projection and is perfect for the cool fall/winter months.

I love this scent! This scent is the perfect fall/winter scent. I would wear this lightly during the day, a little more heavy at night. This is a rich vanilla scent. I received this product for free from Kilian Paris for testing and review purposes. I was a bit skeptical because I’m so picky about perfume scents, but this one surprised me in the best way. It’s so warm and sophisticated, I loved getting subtle hints of it throughout the day—and my husband commented multiple times about how good I smelled! This one was a win for me! Definitely more of a grown-up scent, rather than a fruity-playful-something that I wore when I was younger. I would definitely use this in the future, but more for evenings and nights out, rather than my day-to-day Soccer Mom perfume.

My favorite fragrance from Kilian! I’ve worn it both in the morning and at night, and it works beautifully for both. The mint and lemon feel fresh and uplifting, while the rose, blackcurrant, tonka bean, and musk leave a soft, warm, feminine scent on my skin. It feels smooth and luxurious, and I’ve gotten so many compliments whenever I wear it. Definitely one I’ll keep reaching for!
