Shimmer Oil SPF 30 Sunscreen

Amazing product, which gives not just protection, but a great body glow was such a nice shimmer, not glitter. fragrance wise it’s very warm and summary with notes of sweetness.

I'm always searching for this scent, which was the primary reason why I purchased it. This doesn't irritate my nose the way most body sprays and perfumes so. I was SO happy to find this in a sunscreen AND with fun, glowing glitter! I've applied it all summer when I'm in shorts, sleeveless or in a dress. I absolutely love it and I get compliments for the summery scent and glow all the time.

Okay, I’ll admit it… I’m a sucker for anything that makes my skin look glowy, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m walking around covered in cooking oil. 😂 The Vacation Shimmer Oil SPF 30 actually surprised me! It gives my skin this really pretty, healthy looking glow without making me look like a disco ball. The shimmer is subtle enough for daytime, but in the sun it catches the light SO nicely. It gives that “I just got back from vacation” look even when I’ve literally just been sitting outside my house. 😂 I also really like how easy it is to spread. My skin feels moisturized and soft afterward instead of dry or tight, and I love that it has SPF 30 because I can get that glowy finish while still having sun protection. The only thing I’d say is that you definitely need to remember to apply enough sunscreen and reapply as directed this is still sunscreen first, pretty shimmer second! Overall, this is such a fun SPF to throw in your beach bag. If you like a bronzy, glowy finish and want your skin to look extra pretty in the sunlight, this one is definitely worth trying. ✨🌴

I adore this stuff. It gives you a gorgeous glow while providing SPF protection. The shimmer is apparent on the skin but it's not like you're wearing glitter. It is perfect for summer and the way the light bounces off of you is truly stunning. The smell is lovely as well, like tanning oil when you're at the beach. The packaging in itself is so pretty to have in display, but the lid stays secure to throw in a bag for a beach or pool day. I plan on repurchasing when this runs out, I love it that much.

One of my new favorite body oils! Lately, it’s the only one I use when I go tanning. I love how beautifully it makes my skin glow and gives me such a gorgeous tan. It has SPF 30 to help protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays while still allowing you to tan. The scent is absolutely heavenly, it keeps my skin so moisturized, and leaves it feeling soft and comfortable after application.

I genuinely like what is inside this bottle, which makes the packaging failure frustrating. It spreads easily and evenly, smells good without overwhelming my perfume (my esthetician complimented it), and gives me a flattering gold luminosity. It’s not aggressively glittery – indoors it’s fairly subtle. In direct summer sun, the gold is noticeably vibrant. It absorbs enough that my skin doesn’t feel slick, though unlike other body oils I use, I still feel a light sunscreen-like film several hours later. I wore it with a white sundress and didn’t notice visible staining, but the residual feel made me hesitate to lean into my partner or brush up against anything. Unfortunately! The pump on my bottle failed during my second use. From the beginning, it was weirdly stiff and I had to grip the bottle extra firmly, which is awkward when your hands are coated in oil. After washing the bottle, several days later it still doesn’t work. The pump depresses but nothing comes out and it gets progressively harder to press. So I now have to unscrew the top and pour the oil into my hand. This failure would be unacceptable for any skincare item, but honestly, it feels especially egregious with sunscreen. I rarely return beauty products, but at $38, I would definitely return this. Not because I don't like the formula, but because a sunscreen bottle *really* needs to dispense sunscreen reliably so you can reapply throughout the day. I like the luminous finish, scent, and easy application, but even as a body-oil obsessive, I prefer Vacation's Glow Whip. If the dispenser had worked, this would've been a much more positive review. The near-immediate failure just makes it impossible for me to recommend this item as presented – beautiful product, major packaging problem.

I am absolutely obsessed with the shimmer oil first of all the scent is everything! It has that classic vacation fragrance that instant instantly makes me think of summer, the beach and sunscreen and all the best way as possible it’s so nostalgic and honestly one of my favorite sense The shimmer is beautiful gives my skin, a healthy sun kiss glow without looking chunky or overdone. What’s really sold me is how versatile this product is. It could be war on its own for a gorgeous glow mixing into my favorite body lotion for an over all more radiant look or even added to a little bit of makeup for the extra touch of sparkle. It also includes SPF 30 and living out here in Arizona. Some protection is something I always think about in every single product that I try to buy when it comes to being put on my skin and the fact that this has it in there is a huge plus ! Also, let’s get into this packaging. It is so funny. I love the gold on gold look the only thing I wish it was a glass bottle for just a little bit more of a luxury feel but other than that this product is a 10 out of 10 for me! Like what more can you want it smells amazing. It gives your skin a beautiful glow and it could be used in so many different ways. Definitely a staple for me!!

theeee best sunscreen ever!! Not only is it fun and sparkly, but it’s also noncomedogenic. The gold shimmer makes me actually put it on in the morning. And it really does smell great!

Smells lovely and is shimmery with out being too glittery. Makes my skin look sun-kissed and healthy. Absorbs well. Perfect for a day in the sun (I love that it is (SPF 30) or a night out!

I love how this gives my skin the prettiest golden glow without looking overly glittery. It feels lightweight, spreads easily, and makes my skin look so smooth and radiant, especially on my shoulders, chest, and legs. I also love that it has SPF 30, so I’m getting sun protection while still having that vacation-y shimmer. It’s perfect for beach days, pool days, or anytime I want my skin to look extra glowy. Definitely one of those products that makes sunscreen feel more fun to wear.
