It is a good option if you really struggle with oil control. With that being said, yes, it does have a fragrance. It initially does go on white, but there is no white cast after it has dried. Great under makeup - no pilling.
I’m not easily offended to scents, though I wish face products would stop putting fragrance in their products, but the smell was unbearable. I could somewhat get past that, but I’m someone who gets the 2nd-3rd lightest shade in a foundation shade and this left a white ghostly cast. Hitting the return pile
I had to take it off as soon as I put it on because of the white cast. I have light medium skin tone and it was very noticeable.
The sunscreen has a nice feeling leaving your face matte but you will have a white cast if your more tanner I wouldn’t recommend this product
Have only used this a couple times but WOW I’m so impressed. I only use mineral sunscreens and this is one of the best, no white cast and feels so light and airy on the skin. Takes seconds to soak in and no oily or greasy look!
i’m allergic to the chemicals in regular sunscreen so i have to use mineral. i’m obsessed with this one ! of course theirs a white cast, it’s mineral sunscreen but it goes away within 5 minutes. my skin tone is medium but the white cast does not bother me. its mineral sunscreen, most are like that when it comes to leaving the cast. it goes on so beautifully and is light weight. it does a great job of keeping you matte and protected. will 100% keep purchasing !!
I am light olive and I love this. I wouldn’t recommend for deeper skin tones. If you blend in well it doesn’t leave a white cast. Love the feeling of the sunscreen, does not irritate or cause dermatitis and has a slight fragrance which I honestly love.
I am always on the hunt for a light, elegant mineral suncreen. Well, this one isn't it. Definitely a heavier feeling mineral one, leaves a white cast, and, worst of all, strongly smells of cucumbers. Returned.
I’ve tried so many sunscreens (Korean, Japanese, and American) to find one that works for my very oily skin. This mineral sunscreen is the absolute best. It leaves a beautiful semi-matte finish, which lasts all day, while still feeling very moisturized, and makeup sits so well on top. I will say this leaves a slight white cast even on my fair/light skin tone, so it might not work for darker tones unless you plan to use foundation over it.
I have medium-deep skin and this left a white cast on me. It felt nice and it doesn’t have pore-clogging ingredients but my face was blue afterwards. I know this is the reformulation for the US market and not the origional Korean PA++++ formula, so I don’t know if the origional would do this. It sat well under makeup but my eve rows were blue by the end of the night still.
