[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Black Saffron has that recognizable Byredo character and feels very well composed, but unfortunately the scent profile is not for me. On my skin, the saffron, the leather and the woody notes are very prominent and give it a deep, dry and almost like an incense type quality. I get a very faint sweetness in the background that disappears quickly. It’s a sophisticated and long lasting fragrance for sure, projects in a pretty wide range, just a bit too dry for me personally.
