Rice Ceramide Moisture Essence Toner

This toner is super moisturizing and feels a little heavy on the face. I do feel like this would be a great product for skin barrier repair but Im not sure if its the serum, or the toner i am sensitive to but I noticed some new breakouts on my face the next morning. There was no redness or irritation from what i can see. But I got a lot in between my eyebrows. I do like that there is no scent and makes your skin feel very soft. Im not sure what happened.
