So I have a bit of a saggy neck, which is why I bought this. Unfortunately, that just makes this roll in on itself, which defeats the whole purpose... if you have a tight neck, you don't need this. It's akin to wearing a snug T-shirt if you have a belly ... It just will roll up. I fought with it for 20 min and it didn't do anything anyway.
