Cherry + Whipped Cream Softening Body Wash

After using this body wash for over a month, I can confidently say I enjoyed it! I wanted to give the skin-softening claim enough time before reviewing, so I made sure to test it consistently throughout. First and foremost, the scent is awesome - the cherry fragrance is sweet without being overpowering or artificial smelling. It made my shower routine feel a little more indulgent every day. As for the skin-softening claim, the results were more subtle. I noticed a slight difference in my skins texture after a month of consistent use, though I wouldn’t call it dramatic. It performed as well as a standard body wash, and the formula lathered nicely. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone who loves a good scent and wants a solid everyday body wash.

The initial smell is nice but then it smells very chemical. It also leaves the skin feeling somewhat dry. For being a Sephora product. It’s okay but just okay.

I got the chance to try out the new Sephora Softening Body Wash in the scent Cherry!! The gel to foam formula is super nice on the skin!! The battle and packaging are sleek and easy to use. The scent however is somewhat nonexistent….I wanted the cherry scent to be really strong but it wasn’t at all! It also didn’t leave any lasting smell on my skin apart from a fresh scent. As for my skin results, it really hasn’t done much. I may repurchase if it’s on sale but even then, not really….

I absolutely love this body wash! It has a pleasant cherry scent that isn’t overpowering, and the fragrance lingers on my skin for a few hours after showering. It leaves my skin feeling soft without drying it out and even provides a bit of moisture. The bottle has a beautiful, modern design, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I would definitely recommend this body wash.

I got the Sephora Softening Body wash in cherry whipped cream. It smells so good and I love how it makes my skin feel soft and the smell lingers for awhile after the shower. The packaging is pretty and I like that it lathers up nicely.

I wasn’t very happy with this body wash, unfortunately. I had high expectations due to the brand and claims made on the bottle. However, this just didn’t perform for me. First of all, just getting it onto a loofah wasn’t too easy. The pump on the bottle doesn’t stick out much and is so close to the bottle that you can’t just have the loofah in one hand and pump the bottle with the other while it’s sitting on a shelf or ledge. I had to hold the loofah in one hand, and hold the bottle in the other while using one finger to dispense the body wash onto the loofah with the bottle at an angle. Even though it lathers and spreads well, the consistency is on the thin side. It just doesn’t have that richness to it that signals moisturization to me. After I rinse, my skin doesn’t feel hydrated or soft. The scent definitely left something to be desired. I didn’t get cherry or whipped cream from it. It was almost more of a light floral type scent, so that was disappointing. I know it says the ingredients are mostly naturally derived, but I definitely didn’t recognize or was able to pronounce some of them. Lastly, this just did not hydrate my skin anywhere near the claims on the bottle led me to believe it would. It just felt like I used bar soap on my skin. I had to use lotion after every shower to really feel moisturized.

The consistency is amazing I love the ingredients the body wash leaves your body feeling smooth no drying out. Great size bottle wish it came is a larger size.

Sephora Collection Softening Body Wash in Cherry Whipped Cream is my new go to body wash. It lathers into a creamy foam leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed. It absorbs into my skin leaving my skin feeling nicely hydrated. The cherry whipped cream scent is very soft. Its a wonderful fruity scent with a hint of sweetness!

This has a very strong cherry creamy smell, that can be overly sweet if you don’t like those scents. It doesn’t linger too long but is very strong in the shower. It cleans well and doesn’t strip my skin of moisture.

This is a solid body wash. It really does a nice job of cleansing without making your skin feel stripped of moisture. I really do think my skin feels silky and softened after using it. It's not the most "soapy" soap I own, but it lathers up pretty nicely. The smell is good to me, but it's a rather medicinal cherry - like cough drops, kind of. I get no whipped cream from the scent. If you're looking for a super sweet or creamy cherry, this isn't it. I love that the ingredients are 91% naturally derived - I feel good about using that on my body! Overall very nice, but be aware that the scent might not be what you expect!
