Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner

Worst eyeliner ever. I barely have it for two weeks or so and it doesn’t work anymore. I need to replace it now!

I’ve bought this eyeliner twice and both times it has dried up on and I’ve barely had the chance to use it. I don’t recommend this eyeliner.

I absolutely loved this eyeliner at first—the tip was extremely fine and precise, and it worked beautifully. Unfortunately, after a while the tip started splitting even though there is still plenty of product left. Now it’s very inconsistent: sometimes too much liquid comes out, sometimes it feels dry, and it leaks into the cap. Sephora couldn’t return or exchange it because it had been over a month, so I’m now left with a mostly full product that I can’t really use. I’m not sure if this is a common issue or if I simply received a defective one, but it’s very disappointing considering how much I loved it in the beginning.

It used to leak and now it comes dry. The last two I bought were completely dried out. I don’t understand how such a big celebrity can’t hire people for quality control. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. By the time I came around to use the eyeliners, it had already been too late to return. What a waste of money. Not buying it again.

Loved the pigment and it's so easy to use! Also lasted me months with every day use.

It applies weak and dry, I’m so disappointed in this product. I’ve purchased it twice (thought the first was a fluke) but they are both dry. I store them upside down.

Love it when it works … But when it leaks it’s giving unintended Harajukuu. Or it leaves me with one finished eye but dries out before I can do the second eye. Worse than mercury retrograde. Every other one I buy does this.

I've been using this liner for a year now and it still works perfectly. The formula hasn't dried out, the tip is still precise, and it applies as smoothly as the first day

This is such a great liquid pen eyeliner. It is pigmented, quick drying, lasts a very long time, sharp and precise. The only thing is that the liquid has started bursting out of the pen on two separate occasions. Maybe manufacturing defect. Aside from that, it’s the best.

Loved it at first. Tried it as a replacement for the benefit liner that’s no longer available. Agree with most of the reviews. It was perfect at first but dried up quickly which was very disappointing. I’ve only been using it less than 2 months and not every day.
