So originally we were using a liquid D + K supplement from KAL. I saw these & since my kids love "gummies" I figured I would give them a chance. The texture is like a gummy but not really the same. The flavor is good, as we love strawberry & we could possibly eat the entire bottle (yes not a good thing but they are tasty)! Love the balance of D to K compared to the liquid supplement we buy as it seems better in ratio. Quick & easy to take compared to trying to measure out liquids! This same brand has an "eye formula" that I love & they seem to be making better options compared to other companies. Nice sweet taste. The gummies don’t stick or melt to each other over time because they have a a firm dry surface. They don’t change taste or texture over time.
