This liquid Ashwagandha is a nice way to unwind and reduce stress naturally. The taste is a bit strong (earthy and bitter cause contains alcohol), but I mix it with a bit of juice or tea and it works perfectly. After a few days, I felt calmer and slept better. The size, is a small bottle, but very effective!
