I'm so happy I found this product! I was looking for an extra strength Vitamin K2 supplement and this one has 300 mcg! It's perfect for me. The capsules are easy to take and I love that they are vegetarian. I will definitely be buying this again. You also need to take it with your vitamin D!
If you've been taking high dose Vitamin D3 without Vitamin Vitamin K2 - then you might have abnormal calcifications like me! My Naturopath had my on 25K Vit D w/ no K. Good thing I did my own research & figured out why I was getting these calcifications. Always question authority!
This is a great quality Mk-7 (vitamin K2) brand. I like how it has 300mcg per capsule as most others have 100mcg at most. This is very important to take along with your vitamin D3. K2 helps direct the calcium in your blood into your bones and teeth, keeping your arteries clean from becoming calcified. The dosage of these is superb. The benefits are clearly noticeable. A must for anyone who takes vitamin D3 and wants strong teeth and bones and clean arteries. Mk-7 is also the best version of vitamin k2 as it has the longest half life out of all the rest of them, meaning it works in the body longer after you take a capsule.

The ingredients are of the best quality, and the capsule size is standard. The dosage is quite strong, as the person using it suffers from extreme weakness, and their doctor recommended a higher dosage. I searched elsewhere, but I couldn't find this specific dosage in my country, except on iHerb.
