I purchased it for my weight loss journey, i ate 500 g pill in the morning after breakfast and lunch (1000g) a day. I realized i don’t crave food that much while dieting and going to the bathroom to … regularly I felt so relaxed and losing weight smoothly my diet is not strict 100-200g a day is enough for me I recommend this pill and this brand it is easy to swallow and small in size and so effective.

OK, so I'm always looking for a good supplement that delivers. I've read on self hacked dot com about all the health benefits of berberine. The question left is what brand. That site recommended Thorne but it is too expensive. I've gotten good results from Paradise company from previous supplements so I tried them out. Look I'm very food sensitive. After eating lunch I usually get tired even if it is not a heavy lunch. But since I've gotten these pills I noticed I don't get the "food coma" after lunch! It's been over a month and so far so good. No other supplement I've ever taken helped this much. I've tried a range of supplements like curcumin, fish oil, vitamin b12, Holy Basil (this is good stuff), etc... Berberine has been the only supplement that has consistently helped me with not getting "food coma" (and bad mood that comes with it) and actually helps me feel good and gives me mental clarity. I can get back to work (software engineer) and start to focus. I usually take one pill (500 mg) about 20 to 30 mins before a meal. Plus, it has soo many other health benefits. I've only been taking at most 1 pill a day before lunch. I really don't eat breakfast anymore. I notice I can focus better in the mornings when I don't eat, but I do sip on coffee. Also, I'm afraid of taking it late before diner because some people complained of it causing insomnia when taking it late. These pills can make you constipated sometimes so start slow, and drink plenty of water. One thing to note is if you are lacking sleep then this won't help you much. Lacking sleep and eating will almost always result being tired in the afternoon no matter what you do. I want to try other brands but I'm afraid the will not be as effective as Paradise. Paradise has always been a reputable company. So for now I'm sticking with them. Hope this helps!

It's my 1st time to try this product (I don't have blood sugar issues but my mother does) I think this is a good quality supplement in controlling or balancing blood sugar. The ingredients are natural & the size of the capsule is not too big. There's a bit of bitter taste to it but it's fine.
