I had to adjust the amount of coffee to make it just like I like it, it wasn’t strong enough , it’s a mild kind of sweet coffee not sweet like sugar meaning no bitterness at all if you like mild coffee it’s for you . It’s very good but not for me , I will keep looking for a stronger coffee .
Smoky is def. the main characteristic of this coffee! At first, I didn't like it because it was too bold .. but then I used less and it made a standard cup of coffee. It's not impressive to me but it's good: smooth with no bitter aftertaste. It also smells HEAVENLY! The beans are whole, shiny, great quality. I also have mold allergies and I don't get any noticeable reactions from drinking this coffee. However, when I add dark cocoa powder with pumpkin spice, this becomes ELEVATED COFFEE! Tastes like a holiday treat and all the flavors marries well haha. So I'm digging the way I make this coffee but I should have gotten the milder version, perhaps the breakfast blend which suits my coffee preference. I still give this a high rating for because of the quality and the boldness which I think a lot of people will like.

We just started using this coffee and my wife and I agree it tastes great. At the larger size it is cheaper than other organic coffees.
We having been drinking Cafe Altura for years. We have tried other organic coffees but none have even come close to the smooth taste of Cafe Altura Italian style coffee . Thank you iHerb!
Best café for me strong good for morning And delicious
I have tried many different coffee's over the past severeal years and I am a hard customer to please. I ran across this coffee at my son's house and loved it. I love a bold coffee and this one tasted better than any of the coffee's I have had to date so I decided to join the coffee club as we go through quite a bit of coffee. I am a creature of habit and if I find one I really like I tend not to change. The beans are dark in color and have an oily (which I find are the best) look. I would highly recommend this coffee to anyone.

I like the taste since it is mildly roasted! The quality is outstanding as i grind only the beans I need for the week to remain fresh. It is very well sealed. The price is good for the quality you get
Love that it’s dark roast. Good quality. Clean organic ingredients which is my go to. Yet to brew it so can’t comment on the taste. Will be using it for cold brew. Good size. Hope this will be one of my favorite coffee! Wish it comes as decaf as well.
