I love iherb so much. So happy it carries these ingredients that I can mix to make my own hair growth mask. Amla makes my hair so soft because it contains a lot of nutrition especially Vc. I do this mask once a week before hair washing. Fenugreek +amla+Bhringraj. The result is amazing. I have much healthier scalp and hair. Lose less hair and people around me say I have more hair than before. I can't describe how happy I am after losing hair for years because of itchy scalp. Thanks Iherb, can't live without Amla powder.

I have had this package for a couple years now and still haven't finished it. I can't say much for the taste; it's bitter and doesn't work in just anything, but I can hide it in a smoothie. I do think the benefits are there, it's just not an easy add like for my morning coffee. (DO NOT PUT IT IN YOUR COFFEE. I did that once, on a camping trip, and completely ruined my morning coffee experience - lol.)

The quality , size and taste of the powder is just perfect . I have recently started taking small dosage of Amla powder every alternate day , approximately 1/3 tsp . Will update my review after a month to mention the benefits I get in case .. I am sure this product will help me get all the benefits .

Bought to help get my body back into sync. It is tangy. I added to my green tea. My issue is that it settles at the bottom of my cup. I am going to try a capsule form and see it still does the same job.
