My skin type is sensitive and I also have fungal acne. Even though it contains 2 potential fungal acne triggers, I decided to buy it. I clearly loved it because as you can see in the picture, I bought it for the second time. What I liked about the toner is that it moisturizes very well without leaving a heavy feeling. I even used it to do the 7 layers method and even though I used more amount, it didn't feel uncomfortable on my skin, in fact my skin looked more plump and healthy. It lasted me approximately 5 months, using it daily in my AM and PM routine. So for the price, I highly recommend it.

This is an awesome product, very moisturising and nourishing. The scent is quite bad at first but you'll get used to it really fast. It's just too good to let that little detail bother. It is quite watery, but that makes it perfect to decant to a spray bottle. One bottle lasts about 6 months with generous daily usage. I really love this so will for sure buy it again.

I use this on my body with the Kikumasamune Skin Care Emulsion when I get out of the shower. I like that it absorbs into my skin quickly. I feel that my skin isn't as moisturized as it would be with an actual lotion, but this is a lot more convenient. The scent is nice.

Hands down to Japan's #1 Best selling Sake Lotion Toner! I am inlove with this for it gives my skin so much mositure and pampering. My skin feels so plump and hydrated each time that I use this. I would normally layer this, 2-3 applications or sometimes I also use it as my third step cleansing with a cotton pad. This contains sake or rice water that helps brighten your skin. Japanese skincare products most of the time contains rice extracts or rice powdernor rice water for they love having bright and luminous skin. I guess the only downside for this is that it contains parabens, but overall I looove this so much and will definitely repurchase it again!

The absolute J-Beauty toner/essence made with fermented saki. Contains many brightening/hydrating/conditioning ingredients. The price point for 500ml can't be matched in quality. I use it in hair apres shampoo, on face and body. The other products in the Kiku-Masam une line are nourishing as well.

Nice moisturizing face lotion. I really like the texture, although not so much the scent. So I don't know if it's good for sensitive skin. I use it everyday and the packaging is huge.

I mean, it's Kikumasamune. This thing is classic. You can use it after a shower, a bath, in your bath, in your hair, or just the intended use, on your face. I love it. I keep the massive bottle of the yuzu version I got in Japan in the bath so I can use it all over after my shower. I love the pink one for my face and hair, and have gone through multiple bottles at this point. Stick it in a spray bottle and use it as a setting spray or to wet your sponge when you do your makeup to add some dewiness. Or just spray all over as a toner.. or put in the fridge for those impossibly hot days. It's moisturizing, gentle, softly scented of sake, has cute packaging, and pretty dang affordable. Highly recommend teaming this up with the Glossy Moist version if you like your skin to feel even more like a glazed donut.

It’s way too liquid then toner. Gives good moisture and freshness effect. Sometimes it’s pinching a little. I don’t think it’s gentle enough for a very sensitive skin. Huge size.

Size it's impressive. I want to try this for my body, it's very liquid so I think it will be first step. The ingredient list looks incredible, sake, rice and arbutin are great for hiperpigmentation so I'm waiting to see an improvement on my skin. I haven't try Japanese products before but the reviews seem promising. Packaging it's very convenient the pump makes very easy-to-use.
