I bought this for my gf after I bought some of Dr. Axe's brand "Ancient Nutrition" Multi Collagen at a local health store. The HUGE Problem is that Dr. Axe's Multiple Collagene CLAIMS to have All FIVE Kinds of Collagen (I, II, III, IV, V) but even the SUPPLEMENT FACTS LABEL shows only THREE (Bovine Hide, Eggshell Membrane and Hyrolized Fish Peptides). So WHERE do the other Two Collagens come from... Hype, Hype and more Hype, courtesy of Dr. Axe's business partner. Jorden Rubin, whose "health claims" that go back decades! It's amazing what one Photoshopped Photo and a "near death" story will do to make Rubin and multi-multi Millionaire and Owner/CEO of Garden of Life. But now's he even more greedy bye "using" Dr. Axe's good name! Stay Away! Stay Far Away!

Update: I really don’t like the taste anymore. I bought this to drink cause I sometimes have trouble sleeping, I try to drink it regularly, try because I don’t really find the taste appealing, just has a small hint of Chai’s taste, there’s also an aftertaste that I don’t find nice. You have to wait some time because it doesn’t dissolve well, the lumps are sticky and a bit solid but will melt into the water after a couple minutes. It’s Sweet, no need for sugar if you usually have sugar in your drinks. Hoping to see results soon.

taste is really good, i drink before sleep and it is good for skin improvement and also my lil crack heels has gone as in gone.. so i do reccomend this and the ingredient and quality is really great...

Chai flavor is delicious, but powder does not dissolve easily in hot liquids. Shake maker produces foamy mix with cold almond milk. This helps with sleep deficits. Bought some for my 90 year old step dad and it seems to be helping him sleep better with this collagen. I use it too, I use to be a night owl but now I sleep without forcing myself.
