Ancient Nutrition provides superior ingredients and is a brand I have trusted for years, especially when it comes to collagen. The price is a little steep but you honestly do get what you pay for when it comes to this. This product helped me look better (less tired looking) and helped my sleep. The quality is great, the ingredients are awesome, I saw a difference in my face after two weeks of using. I also noticed a spike in my energy levels and I was sleeping better. It also helped heal my knee, I don’t know if is a placebo effect but genuinely, my knee feels almost normal.

Taking capsules instead of powder is faster and more convenient. It seems to work in terms of maintaining skin health, but I am not sure it improved my sleep quality.

I bought these particular capsules to take when I don't make my smoothies with the collagen powder. Also good to have on hand when I'm traveling!

I take Ancient Nutrition’s Collagen shake as well. This one is extra supplement I take once a day in the evening. I have been taking lots of other collagen supplements so cannot say 100% this is the one that helped but definitely helped the quality of sleep.
