Works really well, me and my dad have been using it for years. Comes in the size of a pen and you twist the end to get the gel out. Doesn’t really have a flavor.

I bought this to be used before my orthodontic and dentist appointments and it made a difference in the level of gum sensitivity. The taste it no too bad and the benefits outweighs that. Easy to apply with the brush. This will be a staple as I hate the sensitivity from dental work and cleaning.

While I’m still waiting to see long-term results, I notice that my gums feel slightly calmer after use.
