A minty flavor, really easy to use 4-5 sprays into the throat. Must use every few hours to soothe the throat. A small size suitable for travel. However it will be consumed during one illness only. Thus will not be sufficient for all winter. Not suitable for people with sensitivity to propolis or to children under 4 years.
