I have VERY heavy periods and feel like I have tried every overnight pad out there and this is my favorite. The difference for me is that they are thicker than most other overnight pads so I feel confident that there won't be leaks. I also wear them during the day on heavy period days. I have an active job and always feel secure in this pad. I also love that they are not scented and great quality. I wish they were less expensive as there aren't a lot in the box, but I guess you're paying more for quality!

These are great pads and a really good brand but this particular size of the pad is very long and for a heavy night period days.
