Smooth Move® Capsules, Senna, 50 Capsules

I have been using the smooth move tea for a very long time now. I didn’t know that have the capsules until now. It takes me about 12 hours to have a bowel movement when drinking the tea. I start off with one capsules, felt nothing from it. So the next day, I took two capsules. I didn’t feel like I have to go at all after 12 hours, so I was a bit disappointed. But 16 hours later, I can feel the need to go. And it felt go to be able to go. The next time I took the capsules again, I took 2 again, same thing happened again. Didn’t feel like I have the needs to go until 16 hours later. In my conclusion, two capsules works just the same as drinking the tea for me but only takes a little more time for it to work. I didn’t have to the maximum three capsules. But I do believe that if I do take three capsules, it might just speed up the timing a bit for me just like the tea.

For those who struggle with chronic constipation like me, it's great product. I used to have to take normal laxative pill like EVERY SINGLE DAYS! and it is exhausting because I can be either constipate or diarhear, nothing in between. But when start using this my digestive system and bowel movement improve a lot. At first I started by taking 2 of this combine with 1 tablet of 5mg bisacodyl, that works amazingly. Then I slowly reduce the bisacodyl and now I stop taking them. only this and combine with senna leaves only product. Remember to take them before sleep (or after 2 hrs eating) or when early morning when your stomach is empty. Take with food doesnt work well

I used to buy the teabags under this Smooth Move brand but recently bought the capsule form for the same purpose. I find that the capsules do no act as fast as the teabags version. Capsules take 2 days to take effect but the teabags one takes effect one the same day or latest the following morning. That said, if I were to travel, the capsule ones are way more convenient and won’t cause sudden stomach cramp to need to go toilet.

I love this product because it works better than coffee with no side effects! The quality is superb and the package is hefty and a great value for the money. What I like most about this product is that iherb is the seller and I trust that this product is authentic.

This is a must have to have on hand. If you ever get constipated this works overnight. The ingredients are pure and natural listed on the box. Easy open cap. I had no side effects. The quality of smooth move is far superior to any chemical over the counter product I have ever tried.

Some laxatives make your stomach cramp a lot, but this is super gentle and subtle! I’ve been taking two capsules (the minimum recommended dosage) whenever I need a little help, and it kicks in very quickly 🫡
