I can't drink more than a cup of coffee without getting a "buzz". Sometimes I need a boost and want something hot during the afternoon to get through a busy schedule. I tried this and it's not only good tasting but it gives you a caffeine like boost of energy but no buzz or jitters. It's good for you too, added bonus!

As per my other review (matcha flavor), I discovered this just recently. I am thankful I tried this as I have been looking for a coffee alternative as I can't really drink too much coffee. I like the flavor and you can't even taste the mushroom in it. This will be a staple for me from now on.
