This is the only immune supplement I take - for the last few years - and it really works. My husband who doesn’t “believe” in natural supplements even takes this when he feels a cold coming on. I think that says everything.
I found these a few years ago. If I start to notice a sickness coming one, the benefits of this product are amazing. The ingredients include a lot of well-known virus fighter, and the quality of the product is good and it works amazing. The capsules are easy to swallow. I highly recommend what we call our 'green pills'.
I love this supplement and have mentioned it to family and friends. I've been taking this for over a year now, and it's helped to keep me and my family healthy. The closest we've gotten to being sick was when the weather started to change and my husband got a slight scratchy throat and the sniffles - that was due to us running out and not having this on hand. Once I refilled and had him taking it again, along with some herbal tea, his symptoms cleared up within a day or two.
