Usually I find Zinc is too strong but this one is great ! My stomach feels great and I don't get nauseous. I take it with a few other supplements and the combination of them all makes me feel good and my skin is great. I have added this for my skin, autoimmune disease (hypothyroidism) and inflammation in my body.

Great supplement, i have seen results within 2 months. The bisglycinate form is most absorbable form and 1 capsule a day completes the requirement. Best product in my view. I bought this zinc brand as the brand itself is great. Great quality products and it has a lot of testing done on its products. I bought this zinc to help with the duration or colds and flus. It also helps repair the stomach lining. It is tasteless and easy to take. Can be a bit hard on the stomach so make sure you have it with food and drink plenty of water (but this goes for all zinc products not just this brand).
