we were struggling to find a toothpaste that we could use on our 1.5 year old and found this one. i was looking for something with fluoride. a small amount of this with xylitol has reversed his cavity that was growing on his 2 front teeth. He loves the taste and asks to brush his teeth each night. 10/10 recommend
