Great for baking (mug cakes especially!) and as a protein boost in smoothies. Not too keen on it as a solo protein drink, there is something off in the taste, plus it's a bit too sweet. But I love that it's certified gluten free (as someone with celiac disease, I really appreciate it) and dairy free.

This is a wonderful add to my protein shake to meet my macros. Tastes good. Must blend in a blender to get smooth. Great with fruit, compliments the palate.

the vanilla is a nice addition although I find it pretty sweet. I mix the powder into yogurt bowls & it's delicious. imagine it would also be good in a hot chocolate.
